🇬🇧 UK SHIPPING
Standard UK Delivery
• Processing time: 1–2 business
days
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Courier: Royal Mail / Evri (or equivalent)
- Tracking: Provided where available
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
🚚 Local Delivery (Optional Hand Delivery)
We offer local hand delivery on a limited basis for customers located near Liverpool / Merseyside.
Important details:
- Local delivery is by arrangement only
- Availability depends on location and schedule
- Orders must be fully paid in advance
- Delivery times will be agreed directly via email or Instagram
If local delivery is available for your order, we will contact you after purchase to confirm details.
Janero Fragrances reserves the right to decline local delivery and instead ship the order via courier if required.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
This may change in the future — please follow us for updates.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
❗ Lost or Delayed Parcels
Janero Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
